Wellness is an ongoing process and a life-long journey, not a one-time event. Your overall well-being is the result of focusing intentionally and taking action on all eight interconnected dimensions of wellness. Health Promotion and Wellness, along with many other campus offices, encourages and supports ÌÇÐÄlogo students in addressing all eight dimensions of wellness to build everyday habits, that improve quality of life. It may also help individuals live longer, manage current health conditions, and support recovery from illness, injury, and addiction.
