Wildcard General Information 

For general information regarding building access, card replacement, and more, please contact the following Wildcard offices:

Appointments are recommended for ALL ID card visits to honor physical distancing and the health and safety of staff. Please submit your appointment request below to the Wildcard Office you plan to visit.

  • Hours of operation for Evanston and Chicago: Monday – Friday: 9AM – 3PM. Please note that the Chicago WildCard office is closed daily from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch.
