Electrical Safety
This program establishes a framework to protect individuals and property from electrical hazards through safe system design, work practices, and appropriate protective equipment. Electrical work, including lockout/tagout and energized tasks, is limited to trained and authorized personnel in accordance with applicable regulations and recognized best practices. All campus community members are expected to follow established electrical safety practices.
